In a award-winning setting directly in front of Gwawley Bay in Sylvania Waters, this house boasted supreme potential for this family of three. With its generous proportions, uninterrupted views and waterfront appeal, this newly gutted home was an interior designers dream. 3 Marks of Existence proposed a concept that incorporated modern art as part of its soft furnishing details. All the custom rugs were based on contemporary artist which theme overflowed into the finishes and contemporary furniture pieces. Every element was considered and implemented with vision and purpose.
