The brief for this empty concrete structure was to create a unique Events Centre that would be the leading provider of events in the coastal hub of Townsville. It was important to the client that 3 Marks achieved a rustic feel that would illustrate a unique backdrop to all events within the area whilst taking into consideration the already existing Hotel and Apartments located on the adjoining property.
Key elements such as opulent fabrics, sheer curtains, crystal chandeliers, raw concrete walls, recycled materials and an oversized moss mural created the foundation for this intimate and rustic French Secret Garden setting.
