The brief was to re- create the public areas into vibrant and clean spaces that are a direct reflection of the  natural beach front and surrounding eclectic life that is St Kilda.

In order to capture the outdoors, 3 Marks created an open plan design that embraces the natural fauna and drift wood that you find near a coastal setting. By introducing natural textures, tactile fabrics and custom carpets and wall art, their vision blossomed into an effortless reality that turned a dated interior into a refined, charismatic environment that is effortless and radiates sense, ease and peace of mind.
