3 Marks of Existence was given the task to refurbish the existing 1980s public areas of this busy central hotel located on the fringe of Parramatta’s CBD. The concept was inspired by the calming waters of the iconic Parramatta river. With the introduction of bronzed fluted columns, rich velvets, oversized pendants and fluid custom carpets, this once dark + dated hotel was reborn into a contemporary, sophisticated and timeless international hotel.
