“I suggested they needed a good old traditional food truck with a large smoker, but when I saw what you came up with for The Kerrigan I was blown away. It’s remarkable!” said Masterchef’s Australia Matt Preston to 3 Marks design Director Julie Parmax.
Naming it the Kerrigan was Matt’s idea, as he believed that there is nothing more Australian than the Kerrigan family in the movie “The Castle.”
3 Marks was appointed to take the food truck design + concept to another level. By using traditional “Aussie” materials such as corrugated iron and natural timbers it really amalgamates well with the old piers of Walsh Bay. The introduction of deep blue and neon yellow makes you want to sit by iconic Sydney Harbour all day and take in the sunshine.
