Located in a leafy area overlooking Willoughby Bay, this beautiful two story home was in need of a renovation, extension and some tender loving care. This family of four, required a functional open plan living and kitchen space with alfresco dining, as their love for entertaining and cooking brings them constant joy.  At 3 Marks, we created a seamless boundary between indoor and outdoor living by incorporating natural materials and textures to the internal living spaces that are also naturally reflected in the landscape. The 1st floor was also redesigned to create a peaceful master bedroom sanctuary with en-suite and walk in robe,  allowing the two children to have their own playful bathroom all to themselves.
